Add Loading Screen Fix for 1.18.2+

Since 1.18.2 there is an annoying bug (?) that the loading screen is taking forever. There is a very simple Fabric mod that fixes it. I suggest to add it into 1.18.2+ LabyMod. The mod literally just has two classes.
