[BUG] glyph_sizes issue 1.8.9
描述
PreparationBefore 1.9, there was an issue with custom fonts MC-70915 if you specify the width of a character in glyph_sizes.bin wider than a default value, it will lead to extra whitespace (read more in the link)
Optifine fixed this issue, if you enable Video Settings > Quality > Custom Font
Labymod issue explanation
Using Optifine in Labymod fixes the issue as well, however, another spacing issue occur to Advanced chat. If you enable that, you see huge blank spaces, whereas with Advanced chat disabled, it's all good.

Also note that the problem occurs in TAB list as well and switching Advanced chat doesn't help there.

I also noticed that if you remove all the colors from a string, it doesn't happen. So maybe it has something to do with § that you modify in Labymod.

You could try out for yourself, I attached the simplest resourcepack for reproducing
