[Launcher] Add own uninstall/reinstall function

Uninstalling via the Windows settings doesn't properly remove everything.
The **LabyMod Launcher **should have its own uninstall/reinstall function that will also delete every folder from the LabyMod Launcher to make sure it is getting completely removed, in case a user is having issues with broken/corrupted files and needs a fresh installation of the LabyMod Launcher.
