First Part: 
lasso swing: right arm is swinging around (like it has a lasso in the hand)
Second Part: Throw the Lasso:
The Skin will move the right arm forwards (hand from the air, not from the ground) like it would throw a lasso
Third Part: 
Both Arms pull the lasso back:
First the right, then the left, then the right and so on (not at the same time, so it looks more realistic)
