Widget preview does not match the GUI scale

The Widget Preview tool when editing widgets with the preview hotbar etc. does not match the actual in game hotbar, I assume it's due to GUI scale differences.

This makes adjusting the widgets to be the right size and in the right positions very difficult.

    Whilst I was using an older version, I can confirm this is also an issue in the latest version. No difference there.
