Potion Effects not displaying past 10.

Potion effects like, Speed, Strength, Jump boost, Haste, etc, display the number of the multiplier up to 10 where it displays it as "X", but if you were to get a multiplier of 11 or above it will not display any number. Speed 10 is shown in this image,Image and Speed 11 in this image, Image
