Short Black Screen when pressing F5

Whenever I press F5 In-Game in Version 1.8.9, my screen goes black for a short moment as you can see in the following Video: https://youtu.be/vZQFl-yMhS0
This happens in Fullscreen and in Windowed.

I had this Issue since the first Snapshot of the Survival Update. I had no mods installed, only the Addons listed below.
Apart from 1.8.9, I only tested it in the 1.21.X Version, where this doesn't happen.

For some reason it got really long, but in this instance I only joined Hypixel and pressed F5 a bunch of times while also switching between Windowed and Fullscreen. This log is from a different session than the video I uploaded but I had the same issue.
