Hitboxes don't appear

Hello,

My Hitboxes don't appear when activating the settings, neither the advanced nor the normal ones, I've already tried some stuff like reinstallung Minecraft in order to get it to work, but unfortunately somehow it didn't. I just wanted to asked whether someone can help me here :)
