like the title says, an addon that allows you to customize the "Attack Indicator" or "Swing Cooldown Indicator".

features i was thinking of:

• ability to disable vanilla blending
• ability to toggle whether the indicator should stay permanently or only show up when hovering over an entity
• change default color
• change fully charged color
• change color at a specific attack indicator percentage (maybe a list that you can edit, where you can insert multiple percentage rates and its dedicated color)

there is probably additional stuff you guys could maybe add that i didn't think of.

i personally think this is a required addon considering that there is a crosshair customization, and minecrafts default vanilla blending makes it hardly visible.
