Forge Loader - Folders not being created correctly

When installing the Forge Loader Addon from the Launcher (or rather creating a modpack with Forge) the "forge" Folder in "labmod-neo" will not be created and the game will crash at launch.

that crash can be fixed by manually creating the folder "forge" in "labymod-neo" and the "1.8.9" folder in the created forge folder

LabyMod Version: 4.2.5+1152 snapshot/77d9e
Minecraft Version: 1.8.9
