Laggy Fancy Theme Background (Menu)

Hello.
When the fancy theme is turned on, the animated menu background feels laggy (around 30 fps). Changing the FPS in the settings doesn't change anything.

    Still exists in the latest release of LabyMod-4 (4.0.0+788 snapshot/e872d78c).

    Fixed in the latest release 4.0.2+837 snapshot/1fae4c0a. Please mark this bug report as resolved.
