Very Low FPS after playing some time

After playing some time my FPS always drop to ~10 FPS.
It's not my PC because neither CPU nor RAM are used much. The game uses around 1 GB RAM and I've allocated 3 GB.
It's random when this bug occur, could be 15 minutes or could be 40...
I can only fix this problem with leaving the server and rejoining.

Operating System: Windows 11
LabyMod Version: 4.0.0+821 snapshot/4b60accc
Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
Installed Addons: CustomCrosshair, CustomBlockOverlay, CustomNameTags, HDSkins, FriendTags, TNT Timer, Badges, DirectionHud, OptiFine, Full Bright (disabled), Flux, AutoReconnect, ChatTime (disabled)

    Hi! Unfortunately, we are unsure if this issue still persists. It would be really helpful if you could check if this still occurs in the latest LabyMod 4 Version (4.0.5)

    I definitely see some improvements here, but it still occurs sometimes.

    Does the problem occur even without addons?
