Labymod 4 crash

Hello, I got my Labyrinth 4 beta access months ago, but I never used it because it kept crashing for some reason. I don't know what the problem is with it, but I guess it's a cosmitics rendering issue (I'm not sure). I talked with support on Discord like three times (or maybe two; I don't remember), but they couldn't solve my problem. and one of the staff told me to list my problem on the website. I hope you'll fix it soon because it's been about 4 months.
